Monday Eve

A few quick words in effort to not get too off track with my #blog365 after a crazy, busy, memorable, amazing, exhausting weekend…

I don’t hate Sunday nights, but I do dislike ones like tonight. 100% my own fault, getting caught up in a book (something just for fun that I read in the car today) and realizing at 8:00 PM that I have A LOT more prep than I thought left to complete before my ELA studio tomorrow.

Thankfully, while I reviewed lesson plans, made anchor charts, created SMART Notebook files, and panicked a bit, my wonderfully supportive and loving husband cleaned up dinner, did dishes, and packed lunches.

I’ve been worthless around the house for the last week (I did vacuum today after we got home from our 6 hour car trip) as I adjust to the demands of my first cycle of studios.

Thank goodness for him.
