ASOdesk removes the borders! Up we go!️✈️

It is widely known that App Store Optimization is a teamwork, where everyone makes their significant contribution to the common cause!

Thus, we have developed a new Multi-user Access feature especially for the teams specializing in ASO development and optimization.

The Multiuser profile will be useful to you if:

  1. You are a team with several applications, in several Stores, and in multiple countries, so you are in need of customized access for each team member. As well as, stay up-to-date with the latest notifications.
  2. You are a team that has one primary product, but there are several local ASO managers responsible for their regions.
  3. You want to provide Read-only access for third-party members
  4. You are a group of like-minded friends, who develop applications and want to optimize their expenses.

Here is the list of benefits provided by a Multiuser feature:

  • Add “Teammates” and assign each participant access role.

To do so, please, follow the next steps:

  • Go to the Teammates tab on the top bar, and click “invite the participant”;

  • Insert your colleague’s address and assign an access level (Admin, Manager, or Read-only);

  • Select the application(s) this person is eligible to work with, as well as the localization eligibility.

Key features of the Access Levels:

Root 💡

When a user with an Root role signs-in to their ASOdesk account, they are entitled to the following privileges:
Can:

  • Add and remove applications,
  • Configure notifications for all apps,
  • Manage users,
  • Edit payment information,
  • Manage payment methods,
  • Manage ASO plans.

Admin👨‍💻

Admin role includes the following opportunities for work:
Can:

  • Add and remove applications,
  • Configure notifications for all apps,
  • Manage users,

Can’t:

  • Edit payment information,
  • Manage payment methods,
  • Manage ASO plans.

Manager👨‍💼

Manager role includes the following opportunities for work:
Can:

  • Work with pre-selected applications in pre-selected countries defined by Admin,
  • Receive notifications and edit the settings just for selected countries.

Can’t:

  • Add or delete new applications and countries,
  • Perform user management,
  • Change payment and ASO plans.

Read-only💁

If you sign-in as a Read-only user, you are entitled to the following privilege:
Can:

  • Check the performance of pre-selected applications in pre-selected countries defined by Admin.

Can’t:

  • Delete or change keywords’ settings,
  • Manage users, payment methods and ASO plans.

Additionally, each member can choose its avatar of preference from the most famous (and beloved) heroes from the IT World. Thus we believe you get inspired by these incredible personalities and reach the new heights and success with ASOdesk.

Multi-user access is available at the following rates:

  • Business — 5 users
  • Expert — 50 Users
  • Unlimited — Unlimited
