• Low precision (80% of data is unstructured | Keyword search engines)
• Complexity (Scattered data silos | Stale search results | Labor-intensive deployment)
• Search time (Employees spend 20% of their time looking for information)
• Difficulty finding (44% of the time, can’t find)
