You might have heard about the Blue Whale Challenge. It’s a dare-based “game” that requires participants to complete 50 tasks in 50 days. The ultimate task — committing suicide by jumping off a high-rise. Unfortunately, it has become quite a fad among teenagers.

It’s the exact opposite of the Blue Whale Challenge. 30 tasks spread across 30 days to make you feel more positive and help you become a better version of yourself. Taking up these small yet effective tasks each day will reinforce confidence and positivity in you. Also, at the end of the challenge, you might find yourself with some great healthy lifestyle habits.

Head over to the second week’s task here.
