When did you last go to a season sale in the mall ? You must have seen the benefits of arriving early at the sale. The early bird definitely gets the worm. Same is with exercise. The earlier you will start, the sooner you will reap the benefits.

Exercising is very important irrespective of whether you are slim or heavy. Its never too late to start exercising and feeling a hundred times better. It’s not just about how you look but also about how you feel. Are you often exhausted after a walking a mile and after climbing few stairs? Know that something needs to be changed.

Regular physical activities can produce long term health benefits. People of all age, shapes, sizes, abilities can get benefited by being physically active.

It’s not just about losing weight or building muscles. Even if you can’t physically see the result know that every single effort is changing your body from inside out. The benefits of being physically active are far beyond just looking good. It gifts you a disease free body.

There are numerous reasons to break the sweat:-

Better posture : One of the best ways to fix your posture is to exercise. Regular exercising your back, abs and other muscles will help you in fixing your posture — both sitting and standing.Look good, feel good.

Boost your confidence : Regular exercising improve your mood and attitude and your confidence. Work on a new Me, not because the old Me is bad. But because the old Me can improve.

Stress free life : We all have stresses in our life. Whether it’s because of a rough day or because of something more serious. Exercise is a great way to combat stress as it releases endorphins and dopamine (the happy hormones)in our body. Exercise is more than a physical task. It’s almost a therapy.

Sleep better : Want to fall asleep faster and wake up feeling more rested ? As little as 15 min of aerobics, running, cycling or swimming can dramatically improve the quality of your night time sleep. However, it must be done on regular basis. Run a mile a day and sleep like ballu the bear.

Feel more energetic : A walk is better than a nap for boosting energy and fighting fatigue. A lot of times when people are fatigued, the last thing they want to do is exercise, but physical activity increases the blood flow in your body and makes you feel energetic. It’s not about being the best. It’s about being better than you were yesterday. Keep working on yourself.

Give a boost to your creative side : I’m a fitness blogger and to standout I need to be different and creative. So whenever the writer’s block hits my head, I go for a quick stroll or start punching my punching bag. It immediately gives a boost to my creativity and thinking. Tried and tested.

Adds years to your life and life to your years : People who exercise live longer. We all know that and it will be best if those extra years are filled with happiness . Love for fitness makes you feel happier and fills your life with more enthusiasm. Don’t be a couch potato.No matter how slow you go, You are still lapping everybody sitting on a sofa.

I can give endless reasons and motivate you to the core to workout,but nothing will work unless you do. Work on yourself, for yourself, by yourself and be stronger than your excuses. Remember that the only difference between FAT and FIT is I.
