One’s self trust is built if one loves Himself/Herself ;but one’s self trust is ruined and lacked if one is either had been broken in the past by someone or by themselves !

To build the trust you should embrace yesterday’s defeat and Taking the chance to love is taking the chance to live. We are afraid ,disturbed, annoyed and unsafe when we lack trust.
