Challenges:

• Inclusion of more creative group work and a more realistic targeting of the requisite administrative and organizational skills, with programs tended toward a more collaborative, less hierarchical, and individualistic approach.
• Building and managing communities to create human centric platforms.
• Supporting different communities find inter-continental spaces for dialogue and exchange.
