Pics.io Release Notes for 25th of July, 2016

One of the most requested features comes to Pics.io DAM.
You won’t see it anywhere in user interface, but your team will be rocked by that.

After signup Pics.io will ask user to setup storage to store all digital media assets. User needs to select Google Drive account Pics.io will be connected to. Once Google Drive is connected, user may logout from Google Drive and forgot about. This means team members mightn’t even have Google Drive account and still use Pics.io. Now only Google Drive storage is available, but we’re dreaming about Digital Asset Management on top of Amazon S3. ;-)

• Also we’ve added new extra permissions for teammates:
  Edit images in editor permission allows teammate to edit image assets in built-in editor
• Manage collections to allow create, rename and delete collections
• Manage billing enabling access to team billing settings
