For many years now apple and Samsung have produced some of the best devices that technology has to offer from mobile/tablets/laptops. But there has always been that question which one is better ?. Well today's article is gonna give you some insight on some personal reviews and specifications of both brands. Has a Iphone owner for many years i have had many mixed emotions to the device.

Apple iPhone 3G
  • Processor. 412 MHz.
  • Front Camera. Yes.
  • Resolution. 320x480 pixels.
  • RAM. 128MB.
  • OS. iOS.
  • Storage. 8GB.
  • Rear Camera. 2-megapixel.

This was my first model Iphone its was released 11 July 2008 at this time apple was only well known for producing apple mac and ipods. I was very pleased with the first model its was my first touch screen device it had many applications to customise phone mobility. In personal preference i would say this was my stronger apple device for the reason why the casing around the phone was a lot more tougher so any small drops dint cause to much damage towards the device , also the battery life was a lot more long lasting applications was not to big at the time and didn’t cause to much battery drainage.

Apple iPhone 5
  • Display. 4.00-inch.
  • Processor. 1.3GHz dual-core.
  • Front Camera. 1.2-megapixel.
  • Resolution. 640x1136 pixels.
  • RAM. 1GB.
  • OS. iOS 6.1.4.
  • Storage. 16GB.
  • Rear Camera. 8-megapixel.

The iPhone 5 was my second iPhone device that i felt had good application and showed good personality. This was a fast working device and achieved all my satisfaction needs. Yet the battery life reduced has time went having to charge it more frequent which sometimes could be up to 3X a day. I feel like the charging devices was poorly designed with having to buy new one every couple months. The device also over heated after certain amount of time which was very worrying due to fire hazards. The durability of the phone was very poor scuffs and scratches showed very badly and chips around the corner of the phone did occur.

Weight: 143g.
  • Dimension: 138.3 x 67.1 x 7.1mm.
  • OS: iOS 9 (upgrades to iOS 10)
  • Screen size: 4.7-inch.
  • Resolution: 750 x 1334.
  • CPU: Apple A9.
  • RAM: 2GB.
  • Storage: 16*/32/64/128GB.

This is my current iPhone model iPhone 6 yet even though its slimmer then iPhone 5 i feel it has the same feel has the older model which was very disappointing. The battery life was still poor the charging device was the same model and not improved the casing around the phone was weaker. I felt like the applications was the same and boring.

Samsung Galaxy S8
  • Display. 5.80-inch.
  • Processor. 1.9GHz octa-core.
  • Front Camera. 8-megapixel.
  • Resolution. 1440x2960 pixels.
  • RAM. 4GB.
  • OS. Android 7.0.
  • Storage. 64GB.
  • Rear Camera. 12-megapixel.
iOS 11.
  • 4.7in.
  • 1334x750.
  • 326ppi.
  • IPS True Tone display.
  • A11 Bionic six-core CPU.
  • 64/256GB storage.
  • Main camera: 12Mp.

The last 2 images are Samsung galaxy 8 and iPhone 8 these are new released phones of this year. Has only iPhone user i can not go to deep into Samsung review but i can only demonstrate my knowledge of the device that i know. From reading reviews against both models it is not only ‘me’ that feels that apple are producing the same model with a little a change . Even though the specifications above show that both models have similarity i believe Samsung 8 has more application and more enjoyable to use.

Which device will you choose ?
