Believe me…This Tastes Good Everywhere
You might ask what taste good everywhere? The answer is very simple barbecue or better known as BBQ.
BBQ you might say is the same everywhere. Might even say they deliver the same taste, whether this is true or not…well that depends on the taster. I would like to say some people in this world are blessed with a more delicate taste pallet. A pallet that can taste all of the flavors and decipher applewood from a simple coal grill. Pause. Let me stop before I go any further because in this case it matters, but at the same time it doesn’t because BBQ and Grilling both taste amazing, but they are different. Just to give a little background, Grilling is a quick cooking method over high radiant heat and usually over metal grates. BBQ on the contrary is a slow cooking method. It involves indirect heat, and takes a relatively long time. The meat done right from BBQ is very tender.

BBQ or Grilling regardless of where you go is mostly about the meat, and the choice of meat is different all around the world. Okay, now we can return back to this heavenly thing called BBQ.
Talking about BBQ and it being good everywhere, I just had to take a look at what it looked like around the world. This video below gives a brief overview of what BBQ looks like in various places around the world.
