As part of the November 2016 Bloglovin’ Global User Survey: We Asked, They Answered: The Global Power of Influencers Survey we poled more than 20,000 digitally savvy women from our global audience. The survey revealed:

45% of respondents followed a brand featured in an influencer’s post.

What does this mean for brands? Well, brands looking to grow their social followings through Influencer Marketing should keep in mind that follows are more likely when an influencer’s lifestyle or aesthetic naturally aligns with that of the brand’s. Women continually look for new and interesting brands to follow, and they turn to influencers for inspiration.
