SpaceChain has won a 2023 Moxie Award
The Moxie Award program celebrates the success and accomplishments of growing businesses, nonprofits, and associations in the DC metro region. Winners were recently announced at the 2023 Moxie Award Ceremony & Dinner celebration on 25 October at The Ritz-Carlton in Tysons Corner.
“We hosted more than 450 of DC’s boldest in business to celebrate the 2023 Moxie Award winners,” said Katie Jordan, Moxie Award chair.
Organizations are recognized for incorporating boldness and innovation into their growth strategies. These exceptional entities contribute not only to making the DC metro area a favorable business environment but also to creating an exceptional place to live, thrive, and play.

Hunnicutt Farms partners with SC Solutions for sustainable agriculture innovation
Hunnicutt Farms, a prominent grower of corn, popcorn, soybeans, and feed corn in Giltner, Nebraska, is embracing cutting-edge earth observation analytics. They’ve recently inked a contract with SC Solutions, Inc., to leverage the power of SC Solutions’ I-SAT platform.

Transforming vast swaths of raw data into actionable insights by leveraging advanced machine learning techniques, including deep learning and neural networks, I-SAT’s Precision Analytics offers an unparalleled deep dive into Earth’s observational data. The platform’s state-of-the-art AI analytics, hyperspectral capabilities, and intuitive visualization techniques make complex earth observation data comprehensible, accessible, and actionable.

CEO Cliff Beek travels to Riyadh
In October, CEO Cliff Beek traveled to the Middle East to attend the Future Investment Initiative (FII) Institute 7th edition, which was held at the prestigious King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
With the theme “The New Compass,” the premier conference shed light on the significant influence of global discussions in guiding us through today’s unpredictable era. Exclusively available to FII Institute members and strategic partners, the three-day gathering hosted over 5,000 delegates and offered insights from 500 speakers who addressed a diverse range of relevant subjects.
At the FII event, Cliff was also interviewed by Reine Carla Takla, Business Editor for Arab News, about our I-Sat platform.
During his visit to the Middle East, Cliff had the privilege of touring ARAMCO’s headquarters in Dammam. The visit served as a platform for him to elaborate on SC Solutions’ business plans and strategies. Additionally, it provided a valuable opportunity to explore potential collaborations between the two entities.

TECHNICAL PROGRESS
More testing of the handheld device
Our technical team continued with the second testing and development phase for the SpaceChain handheld device. This testing ensures the device’s performance, reliability, and alignment with the high standards we set for our products.
Payload maintenance and testing
We have completed two crucial tests for the SpaceChain payload board. The Automotive Ethernet communication verification test and the CAN interface data transmission and reception test have both been executed with success. These accomplishments mark key steps in our ongoing pursuit of cutting-edge space solutions.
