SpaceChain Quarterly Report (July to Sept 2025)
ANNOUNCEMENT
Orbital-Grade Digital Asset Services
SpaceChain and CoinUT have entered into a partnership to integrate blockchain-powered digital asset transactions with satellite infrastructure. The collaboration combines CoinUT’s liquidity, trading, and custody services with SpaceChain’s orbital technology, creating a more secure and resilient foundation for global digital finance.
Through this integration, users gain access to reliable crypto services worldwide, with operations that remain functional even in regions lacking stable networks. The partnership also enables cross-border asset flows and sets the stage for future innovations, including in-orbit wallets.
Together, SpaceChain and CoinUT are establishing a new benchmark for trusted Web3 infrastructure, expanding the reach of digital assets beyond Earth and into orbit.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
SpaceBelt KSA Achieves Three Strategic Milestones with SpaceChain Support
SpaceBelt KSA has reached three strategic milestones that strengthen its role in building secure, space-enabled digital infrastructure. These achievements highlight the growing business demand for orbital solutions across entertainment, finance, and national communications.
With SpaceChain providing the underlying technology, each initiative reinforces the value of space-based infrastructure in delivering trust, resilience, and global accessibility; positioning both SpaceBelt KSA and SpaceChain at the forefront of next-generation digital ecosystems.
1. $640M Launch Agreement (iRocket)
In a landmark deal, SpaceBelt KSA signed a $640 million, multi-year agreement with iRocket for up to 30 orbital launches over five years. This partnership advances Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, strengthening sovereign satellite infrastructure and autonomous, space-based communications across the Gulf. Read the full release here.

2. Securing Digital Fan Engagement (FAIM)
SpaceBelt KSA partnered with FAIM Inc. to deliver next-generation fan engagement solutions powered by space-based authentication. This collaboration ensures digital experiences — from virtual concerts to exclusive collectibles — are tamper-proof, verifiable, and trusted.
3. Orbital Security Meets Digital Finance (Onramp)
SpaceBelt KSA also joined forces with Onramp Money, integrating fiat-to-crypto rails with satellite-secured custody. This step creates a secure, compliant, and borderless financial ecosystem, redefining how digital assets are transacted and safeguarded on a global scale.
At SpaceChain, we are proud to support the foundation behind these breakthroughs. Each milestone reflects our vision:
- Security that transcends borders
- Innovation anchored in space
- A future where trust is verifiable
Together with our partners, we’re building a trusted digital infrastructure from orbit that will power the next era of global innovation.
Crypto Payroll Demand Is Rising
A growing number of employees worldwide are asking to receive part of their compensation in cryptocurrency, reshaping payroll expectations and pushing companies to offer flexibility, transparency, and trust in how they pay. While blockchain payroll systems already promise scalability, auditability, and global accessibility, terrestrial infrastructure remains vulnerable to cyberattacks, regulatory interference, and inconsistent connectivity — leaving gaps that prevent payroll providers from meeting these modern demands.
SpaceChain closes this gap by delivering blockchain-enabled space nodes that ensure crypto payroll is not only scalable but also secure and globally resilient. Because space-based nodes are beyond the reach of terrestrial threats, they prevent hijacking, tampering, and advanced persistent attacks, guaranteeing trusted, auditable transactions anywhere in the world.
With this innovation, SpaceChain enables payroll processors to give employees what they increasingly want: reliable, borderless crypto compensation, secured from orbit.
COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES
Rewards Campaign for SPC Holders
In September, SpaceChain announced a new rewards campaign for SPC holders who want to support the ecosystem while earning USDC.
Through the Merkl platform, community members can now contribute to SPC’s presence on decentralized exchanges. Every contribution helps increase liquidity, strengthen accessibility, and grow the SPC ecosystem.
Together, we can make SPC more open and available to everyone.

Space Node Development Progress Toward 2026 Launch
The space node project continues to advance, with important milestones reached in both software and hardware systems for the planned 2026 CubeSat launch.
Key software modules have been completed and tested:
- The Iridium module enables reliable satellite communications and has passed integration testing.
- The encryption module ensures secure data transmissions, validated through end-to-end testing.
- The authentication module prevents unauthorized access and has been successfully tested with the flight software.
On the hardware side, the first handset prototype has been built and validated, procurement of critical components has been completed, and CubeSat motherboard samples have passed performance tests. Subsystem integration and full hardware testing are underway.
Development has also begun on an optical laser payload, which will enhance inter-satellite communications and strengthen blockchain applications in orbit.
The project remains on track for the 2026 launch, reinforcing the goal of building secure, resilient, and globally accessible blockchain infrastructure from space.
