First, let’s understand what is “Nearshore”?
It’s the outsourcing of business processes, especially the processes of IT, for companies in a nearby country, almost always sharing a border or the same time zone.

What do both parties share? And benefit from:

• Social assets
• Same language
• Political and economic situations

To be honest, Nearshore grows with the dream of sharing talents, uniformity and exalting the other part as an important part in the knowledge development of a product, service or a purpose.

• Nearshoring also offers advantages such as access to workers with advanced language skills, this is essential to achieve greater and better interaction and communtication between peers.

• New economies and technologies allow new synergies and a wider option range.

• A new way of thinking can be created, removing barriers, avoiding to fall into dark patriotism and giving the opportunity so categorizations only stay at a language level, and last but not least—knowledge knows no limits.

• IT project management must remain internal.

• Opportunities! Not only labor, but cultural makes regions expand and businesses begin to accept that in other places talent is something that can’t be ignored.
