You can now look up the music publishing rights for 30 countries!

Since its release in 2020, Blokur’s Drag and Drop rights lookup tool has been utilised by a wide range of users, from fitness companies to airlines, to check the publishing and label rights for millions of tracks. However, up until now, the tool has been restricted to US rights. We are thrilled to announce that the latest update to Blokur’s Drag and Drop Matching Tool expands the available publishing information to thirty countries. The tool remains exceptionally fast, providing users with publishing information for a thousand tracks in under a minute. Now, users can also choose from a list of thirty countries when uploading their requests.

Blokur’s new feature is particularly beneficial for Digital Service Providers (DSPs), helping them ensure that the music they use is accessible in the locations where they operate. Ultimately, this enhancement aims to simplify tasks such as royalty reporting.
