All roads lead to Rome

Proverb. Different paths can take one to the same goal.

During the past two weeks we practiced some methodologies that helped us understanding the whole ecosystem of our client, by thinking, re thinking and analyzing what happens in different situations during the interaction between all the parts involved. With this analysis we understood the following:

  • Personas (potential users, audience, engaged users, our client itself)
  • Journeys (the actions that the customer & company should take)
  • Touchpoints (all the possible contact with the client)
  • Insights and opportunities (also the pain points)

With this information we are trying to validate previous ideas by prototyping products, solutions, subscription models…(still in process) and hopefully at the end we could improve the journeys for all the personas, taking in consideration the technical, operational, schedule and commercial limits our project/client have.

This is a sneak preview of our customer journey / service design canvas.

What is next?

Aligning our path with the one of our client to achieve the desired goal hopefully. That maybe sounds way to idealistic, but what kind of dream doesn’t?
