As remote work becomes more common, the use of time tracking becomes the norm. Tools like Toggl, Harvest, and other time trackers become more popular. Some are simpler, some more invasive (looking at you, Time Doctor), but they all help you do the same general thing: keep track of what each team member is doing during his or her working hours.
