About a week ago, I was sitting right here racking my brain and searching the deep sphincter of the college basketball web in an attempt to accurately forecast what Kentucky’s roster will look like next season. In that article, I talked about Kevin Knox — the freakishly long and uber-talented 6'9'’ SF from Tampa, Florida.

I mentioned that he was down to a few schools — UNC, Duke, Florida State, Missouri, and UK — all of which, at the time, seemed like they had a better shot at landing the coveted five star forward than the Cats. I left off with the caveat, never count John Calipari out.

Duke was the favorite. The Jerry Meyer Crystal Ball had “Knox to Duke” written everywhere. Even as recently as this evening, Duke was seen as the HEAVY favorite.

But alas, Kevin Knox had other plans, committing to the BBN Saturday evening and adding to an already ridiculously loaded 2017 class for UK. Check out why Kevin decided on Kentucky in his blog right here!

Also, his senior year mixtape was recently released… The kid is incredible.

Okay, Mo Bamba. You’re next.
