When you’re finally living it…perfectly flawed
I’m not super religious. Mostly spiritual. Someone who has lived all over the place. And had the sheer good luck and good will to see the beauty of so many cultures and religions. Islam, to Buddhism, to Christianity, and so many in between.
And I’m here to say — this story is not religious! It wasn’t meant to be clickbait and that’s my disclaimer done ok onto my story.
Heaven on Earth is a song by Belinda Carlisle. Up until writing this article, I’d never looked up Belinda’s story. And wow…what a story…
This story however, is about my own Heaven on Earth.
Not afraid anymore
I now run my own small business. I am a Certified Information Security Manager. And a Zumba Instructor. And I’ve never been more happy in my career, than I am right now. With these two roles. I am working a career of agency. Autonomy. Of full and transparent — ownership. Mine.
No more fear of what others expect of me. And how I don’t measure up. And never will.
