Bluecode at Europe’s largest FinTech event
The month started with interesting conversations at Money 20/20, the conference where industry’s leading Financial Services innovators come together to connect and create the future of money.
We have teamed up with five other e-wallets to enable Europe-wide smartphone payments
Together with the five wallets ePassi and Pivo from Finland, Vipps from Norway, Momo from Spain and Pagaqui from Portugal we are aiming to leverage Alipay’s QR code format to enable users of any mobile wallet to pay at merchants across Europe that already accept payments of the other payment provider.

We participated in the Digital & Payment Summit 2019
Bluecode was represented by Mario Albonetti at this year's Digital & Payment Summit in Rome, which was hosted by the APSP (Associazione Prestatori di Servizi di Pagamento). In particular, the speech was about Bluecode’s vision and how we help banks regain control over their customer journey.
Round table discussion hosted by the European Commission
CEO Dr. Christian Pirkner was part of the recent round table on European Instant Payments hosted by the European Commission in Brussels. We were very thankful for the opportunity to discuss our joint vision with Vice President Valdis Dombrovskis, his team, and all other participants.
