A Bee Sanctuary
Poetry
a bee followed me last night in the dark
telling me that I’m anxious
but my cells are more than light
mysterious and closely related to stars
we started to talk and it was like a burning sky
she taught me to say to myself “I’m free so I can fly”
trembling but was the moment to give up my static mind
keeping my faith in the power of honey wind
she gave me a wing I gave her a flower
she gave me a smile I gave her an hour
she gave me her mind I gave her my body
we are a one now — a bee sanctuary
