I felt a release of uneasiness amongst some
and exhaling into an administration we can trust.
And Demi Lovato singing, “Lovely Day.”
On the virtual screen of celebrating America,
our healthcare workers, beaming with a sense of peace.
And people of all races representing our country.
Can I get a witness to a new day, one of unity on the way?
What a joy to see my President and his wife
dancing to the rhythm of the human race.
America, we are on our way to a lovely day.
