How do I apply this
As someone who experiences high-functioning anxiety and used to let prior experiences become obstacles, I struggled with this mindset as well.
I was constantly stressed, and my head felt light. I felt like there was a weight on my shoulders that I couldn't lift. Everything seemed to be mounting, one thing after the other.
Recently, I started looking at solutions and planning my life out. I needed to think about how I could overcome these challenges instead of allowing them to consume me and take away from my presence in the moment.
I can tell you it’s a process, but everything is much easier when I look at life this way.
You dive into work with a new concept, and the fear disappears. It’s not all at once but an experience like no other. And it allows you to rise above everything you’re facing gracefully.
