oh where are the lights of sophistication
sounds of city rumination
glass curtain walls of high finances
golden arches kfcs robust markets
people with purpose
strutting heads up
people with sorrows
dragging leaded
meanwhile light pours on
weight unburdened
a lavish dance unframed on
mocking blues laughing
a hiring notice peeled non-
chalant it hangs
a green leaf peeks
between cities
