Empathy:
Empathy is the capacity to comprehend and share another person’s feelings. It entails placing oneself in another’s position and experiencing emotions from their viewpoint.
For in the depths of sorrow and quiet spaces of one’s heart, your empathy was a comforting presence, a guiding hand
In the warmth of your nurturance, the sorrows melted away; in the grace of your gentle touch, the worries vanished.
Empathy is the bridge that connects us, fostering bonds and uniting hearts through mutual understanding.
You spoke a language of compassion, sincere and clear, perceiving beyond the veil, a voice that a heart could hear
Gentle and patient, you heard every tale, the happiness and the sorrow intertwined within every word that was uttered.
In each pause, in every sigh, the truth every word conveyed you understood without judgment, only with grace.
You validated all emotions and made everyone feel safe; you saw the unique challenges, strengths, and needs
You shared the feelings, perspectives, and experiences of a diverse population that came to you, offering compassion and support
In each word, in every act, let empathy guide, and truly, the hearts will react.
