“Still Awesome…”

Though the sight of heading out is now evanescent
Unspooling every aspect of our lives
I found comfort within the walls of my home
and I am, Still Awesome

Staying indoor & working is blithe
A slush pile waiting for me to be read
The semblance of a library
and I am, Still Awesome

Dabbing with colours & words
Each time I dwell in the zone of creativity
Bringing twinkle in my eyes & festivity
and I am, Still Awesome

Harnessing my words as I write
precocious as they emerged
Writing that never ceased, as I inked my notebook
and I am, Still Awesome

Adapting to the new norm of the world
Abiding by the rules of isolation
I equipoise my life — work & passion alike
and I am, Still Awesome!
