Falling in Summer
Sonnet
Walked in step through sunny streets
Eyes locked, heart skipping beats
Stopped to grab a cup of coffee
In her presence couldn’t help feel happy
Wandering through my pleasant li’l town
Lips exploring, moment we sat down
So many weeks of fervent desire
Exploding all around each other
So many hours of passionate touch
Tongues discovering an intense rush
So we walked, we cooked, ate and talked
We hugged, we laughed, played and fucked
Until we’d shredded those invisible walls
In the midst of summer how did I fall?
