Gone – and left behind
it’s what I do best
in life –
victim and victor
victoriously losing my mind
in the void I both crave
and create
all around me.
Fidgeting fixing fears
with false hopes –
Hopefully hoarding hoaxes
disguised as dreams.
I can’t sit still knowing
there is still so much hope
there is still so much love
there is still so much peace.
