The cheapest form of self-therapy- Are you grateful?
Gratitude is the cheapest self-therapy you can do for yourself. Being grateful for what you have means that you focus on the present and invest some energy in the near future. Write down on paper what you are grateful for and the deepest wishes of your soul but invest in your future by admiring the present. Our mind is the heart and our soul is the fire- that means that when you open up your soul to new soul experiences you definitely will win something. Reflecting on the gifts in your life and express what you feel, was the best advice I received in the last few days. Gratitude doesn't come naturally but exercising every day you’ll spot yourself doing this from nowhere and give thanks for the little things.. even if you are in your favorite coffee shop or laying on the beach reading your newest book.
But the more time pass we have to invest that energy in something that matches our values and our beautiful self, that’s why what we focus on, at some point will grow. Gratitude brings me amazing people and the cool experiences ever. Being honest about what I am thankful for what I have in life helps me to smile more and a desire to have the best people in my life.
Ask yourself: Am I ready to be grateful and be the light in my own life but in other's life too?
