In the fast-paced and often stressful world of professionals, finding moments of peace and tranquility can be a daunting task. However, one form of expression that has stood the test of time as a dynamic tool for healing and self-reflection is poetry.

For me, as a professional and a professional poet, I’ve found solace in the creative expression of writing. Writing poetry grants me freedom from the everyday struggles of life. I want to share with other professionals how poetry helps me.
