One-Sided Love Affair

A Poem ~
I can not stop making changes,
But I can nay afford the time.
The edits are so badly needed,
But so much is in the pipeline.
And how will I ever read
all of the books on my shelf?
With so much yet to write,
I’ve no time left for myself.
Why can’t I put my pen down?
Why do I think people care?
I really need to get a grip
on this one-sided love affair.
