Our Broken World

They say

We are equal

We are all equal

We are unified

We all have the right to learn

We have peace

Oh what they say

“We are together”

Yet why do we take other people’s feelings like a feather

“We have peace”

We have wars

Arguing about what's mine and what's yours

“We are all equal”

Then why are so many people so racial

Treating others like they don’t exist

“We all have the right to learn”

Totally not an education mafia

“We are all unifed”

Then why are we split into countries

With kids starving and being hungry

We destroy the earth

Making it worse and worse for our new birth

As I get old

I can recollect on our broken world
