“I know what you are going through”
Humor is subjective when you are not the subject of it
Crying is for losers if you are not the one who is stuck in a pit
Phoenix can raise from its ashes might just be a plot in a skit
Cannot even have a hope to raise when people didn’t even leave me ashes to raise from it
When you are not the one going through the pain it is all rosy and fine
People give free candy like a doctor before poking a needle into a kid's vein
Advice is passed on like pamphlets when we are stuck like fish at the end of a fishing line
People have no time to listen or understand but are always in a hurry to tell
"I know what you are going through" and I understand your pain
If we slip and fall, there might be one or two who would help us get-up
The rest will just try and pin you down for life to count till three and for you to give up
Stuck in the darkroom, still searching for the light switch
Standing at the end of the world, all I want to is to take that leap without a sprout of a doubt
