Too Thousand

Remember the years of digression

Photo by Andre Moura from Pexels

Remember the years of digression.
When Kurt Cobain tried to say Lithium was cool.
Rather than about upset stomach and crying into the phone.
And I looked at the world on an international level.
With terrorists across the seas and as close as my own head.
I tore around the roads and loved and lost, but mostly lost.
And then the years were over and Kurt didn’t sing to me anymore.
