Tinted glasses of windows glowing
in the welcoming hues of dusk;
Two souls strolling down the pavement,
their love, colorful and naive
like the eve, still very young;
hearts racing, hands brushing,
fingers intertwining;
sparks of current electrifying the body,
making every moment alive;
the awkward silence,
the brown eyes merging with black
speaking volumes,
more than unsaid words;
City lights gleaming
in the warmth of their love —
still incognito to the world,
smiling their lights upon
the two souls basking in fondness.
