Only a fool would win the Presidency, Senate, and the House only to self-sabotage his legitimacy by appointing jokers to the cabinet, again. What he’s actually saying is, this is the best I’ve got.
Oh, and why not suspend all the background checks too while you’re at it? It’s a moot point anyway with Mini-Putey in charge. Background checks, security clearances, and “the need to know” are, excuse me, were the bedrock of our national security. Allowing them to bypass all of it for these foxes is tantamount to treason.
One neighbor already tried to justify his picks by saying that they went to Ivy League schools. Like intelligence and education are indicators of, or substitutes for, honesty, ethics, morality, competence, and experience.
