You are enough

A poem

I wonder if the day exists when someone says
Those magical words of self-worth
Not the sharp ones cutting through your heart
But the one that makes you feel happy,
Leaving you content, at peace
At where you are

“You are enough”
“You are doing so much already”
“Cut yourself some slack”

They are truly harmonious words
Which will make your heart jump in joy
They are soothing and gentle to your soul
Try saying it to someone, if not just say it to yourself
“I am enough”
“ I have enough”
“I am exactly where I need to be”

Why do we lock up such emotions in the heart
The words so amazing making you sing
Your soul will be at peace
Your mind will make new better thoughts
Positive, of joy, of high spirit
Your mood will be elated, your confidence will shoot up
Don’t wait for others to tell you this
You are the only one who knows your true worth
Don’t let thoughts & opinion dim it
See your life will transform!
