You Can’t Wait Until Life Isn’t Hard Anymore Before You Decide To Be Happy
How a quote from an America’s Got Talent contestant inspired so many people — especially this writer — to live their best lives
One thing that I don’t particularly like about Facebook is the fact that I keep being shown all these advertisements and videos that I have no interest in whatsoever. It annoys me and it’s partly the reason why I’ve spent less time on the platform — which is actually a good thing.
However, there was one pop-up video that for some reason, I just didn’t feel like closing and actually ended up watching the entire thing.
And I’m glad I did.
It was a video of an America’s Got Talent (AGT) audition and the contestant, Miss Jane Marczewski, who goes by the moniker “Nightbirde” whenever she sings came up on stage for her turn to sing in front of the judges and crowd.
The start was like any other audition where Howie (one of the AGT judges) asked Jane about herself. She said she’s a 30-year-old from Ohio and will be singing an original song which she wrote herself called ‘It’s OK.’
