What to expect?
We are now less than one month away from the BLU Token Sale, time is certainly flying by. Being whitelisted to buy BLU is a great achievement, so congratulations! With only 1 million BLU tokens being made available, we thought it would be helpful to get you prepared so you have the best opportunity to be one of the original BLU holders. After all, we are launching on a first come — first served basis, and the whitelist is oversubscribed.
Haven’t been whitelisted? No problem!
To get a whitelist allocation, you can take part in our TestNet, answer questions in our Discord quizzes, and attend our Twitter spaces. Each activity will earn further allocation. More details available here.
Some key dates for you to have in your diary. Seriously, set a reminder. Pay your neighbour to come to your house and get you out of bed. Whatever it takes, don’t miss these milestones. Remember to have DAI on hand, which you can easily swap for on your friendly DEX provider such as Uniswap or Curve.
27th October 2022 — The whitelist allocations end. That’s it. If you didn’t get allocations, you left it too late. Just to be on the safe side, check your allocations here. Does it look a little low? Then make sure you do everything possible to increase your allocation!
3rd November 2022 — The BLU token sale begins! Remember, we are making 1 million BLU available during this sale. When they have gone, they have gone.
+3 to 21days — Bonds are live for DAI and BLU/DAI LP tokens. Users can also stake and unstake BLU.
+5 to 28 days — bluSGD is expected to launch. Bonds will become available for bluSGD/DAI LP tokens. Stabilisation bonds also become available to purchase.
In the build up to the launch, we’ll be releasing various articles and guides to help you in your journey. These will include written tutorials, as well as whiteboard explainer videos for you to follow along. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to be involved in our movement.
For each of the milestones we’ll also be hosting live calls on either Twitter Spaces or Discord, where we’ll be available to answer any questions and just generally share in the excitement of the launch. We hope to see you there!
