We need more Ninja Developers.
I posted this picture for the first time in April: I used Linkedin because I was sure that many of my connections here already faced this situation.
There is a watermark on the picture that says Jaguar28: it is the name of the startup that I have co-founded with my friend Samuel Barbato.
We’ve been dealing with IT recruiting since 2015 and we understood that there is a huge problem within this industry.
Long story short: many companies cannot find good developers because they don’t know how to engage them. Unfortunately, boring environments and bad salaries are just the tip of the iceberg: that’s why we don’t believe in the solutions provided by intermediaries that cannot tell the difference between Java and JavaScript.
Jaguar28 is trying to fix this “old-school” recruiting by promoting more transparent relations between companies and tech professionals. If you are interested in our mission, feel free to join us:

PS: a couple of days ago I posted the picture on Reddit and it quickly became viral with thousands of shares. Funny story: many “old-school” recruiters shared it on their Linkedin profiles. If they only knew… 😂
