CBD Superfood Yin Power Latté

Today’s #mantramonday: “I easily incorporate new self care rituals into my routine.”

Lately, we’ve been practicing a morning ritual of @cbdsuperfood infused self care and gratitude. ☕️

Each morning, we’ve been starting our day with a simple cacao @cbdsuperfood x @sunpotion latte and using this time as an opportunity to sip mindfully and say thank you for the day ahead.

There’s so much to be grateful for when you have the opportunity to nurture your body with nutritious, healing, and adaptogenic superfoods! 🌿

Adaptogenic herbs and mushrooms, like the ones found in @sunpotion Yin Power, adapt to your bodies needs and help to support your nervous system, hormonal balance, immunity, and overall well-being. CBD works withyour endocannabinoid system and may provide similar health benefits, while also possibly reducing pain and inflammation.

Starting our days with this powerful combination has been a huge game changer in our self care routine! We’re always thinking about new ways to support ourselves, and thereby, show up with more energy for others #selflesslyselfish

Our latte is made with 1.5 cups of homemade almond milk, 1 tbsp of @cbdsuperfood Chocolate Ghee (or Coconut Oil), 1 tsp of @sunpotion Yin Power, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. We heated the almond milk before adding all of the ingredients to a blender to create a frothy and delicious morning treat✨
