Squash & Hempeh Buddha Bowl
This mouthwatering winter squash and smoked salt & pepper steak hempeh buddha bowl is overflowing with nutrition and flavour. A wholesome quinoa base is topped with oven-roasted squash, savory pan seared hempeh from @eathempeh, local greens, a variety of seeds & hemp hearts, and then drizzled with a golden tahini sauce made with our Golden Spice CBD Coconut Oil. This dish is rich in plant-based protein, vitamins, minerals, and contains anti-inflammatory properties from warming golden spices blended with CBD.
- Quinoa, cooked according to package directions
- Roasted squash, cubed
- Pan seared hempeh
- Greens/microgreens
- Hemp hearts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, etc

- 2 tablespoons Golden Spice CBD Oil or Ghee
- ½ cup warm water, or more for consistency
- 1 tablespoons agave
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice or more to taste
- ¼ teaspoon salt or more to taste
