The more choices we humans are presented with, the more upset we become, the more dissatisfied we are!
In this era of ever growing competition where everything ‘latest’ lasts for a day and new ideas are becoming a myth how do we sell our product? Every brand reaches out for customer’s confidence and goodwill, but what is that one thing that stops the customer at our gate?
Well, undoubtedly presentation is inevitably important. Buzzkill: no matter how fancy we look (with Caprese in one hand and Titan platinum in another) what matters is how our brand appears to be.
How we communicate with our target preys is the flavor that fills our plate. Communication, such an underrated combination of alphabets, yet the sole reason of our existence.
So, what exactly needs to be in mind to decide our first look as a brand?
To begin with
1. Stand out, but don’t overdo:
Very often as we put our first step in the big market we desperately don’t want it to be in anybody else’s shoe, and well, slip! Standing out, being different, is so much pressure in today’s world and we are never sure if we’re able to do that. It’s important to break out from the clutter but at the same time it should not go completely overboard. Your brand should be just right!

2. Understand your Brand’s motto:
Shortlisting many a ideas you have so far, it’s now important to understand for yourself, what exactly do you want to convey. Well, it’s time to answer the 5Ws and 1H. What is the purpose of the branding you are looking for, who are you targeting, where do you see your brand, which of your competitors is doing better, and how do you plan to be the best in the market (I hope you are planning the same).

3. Set the right mood:
You don’t want to confuse the customer about your message, it needs to be simple and on point, challenge is, still attractive! When you communicate with thousands of people in a split second, you need to set the right mood for them. It is important to choose the right blend of shades and alphabets designed in such a way that one look is enough for the brand to stay. Finally, your branding is done, but wait!

4. Finally, let the world know:
No point of all these steps if you keep the product to yourself. If you think the task is over, well it has now begun! The most important thing is to spread the word. Social media comes to rescue. It’s essential to have a balance and uniformity in all social media platforms. This helps leaving an imprint and creates the Brand’s identity instead of creating confusion. Reach out to the best sources and platforms of outreach to have the best one’s at your door.

5. Keep a track, Always:
Know that feedback is crucial to know where you actually stand in the market.
Communication is a two way process, always remember that!

Think of yourself as a brand. You need to be remembered. What will they remember you for?
What defines you? If you have it in you, do something that defines you. Invent something,
develop a unique skill, get noticed for something — it creates a talking point.
