It scares me to death every time when I realize how many hours I have spent on browsing all the social media on the extended part of my arm - yes and that’s my phone. But I’m not going to talk about phone addiction but how changing our phone wallpaper could change the way we live.

I know it sounds pretty ridicolus and you might wonder how could it be possible that changing my phone wallpaper could change the way I live. But as we all know successful people are just people with suceesful habits and I think goals and dreams are not the things that we only talk about at the beginning or the end of the year. You need to put and break down your dreams and goals into your everyday acts just to motivate yourself and remind yourself that “yes I am working towards that goal by making good use of the time of today”. Gradually, this will become part of who we are instead of the goals and dreams we only tell people about.

It takes years to break a bad habit and I know when we are walking down that road to our goals, technology could be a big distraction for us. That’s why I choose to change my phone and laptop wallpaper with a picture that symbolizes the things and goals that I care about the most, so every time when I am unconsciously reaching for my cellphone and turn on my screen, that wallpaper will pop up and it is like a wake up call for me so I know how to spend my time wisely instead of using my phone.
