When it comes to health advice getting too much leads to indecision and inaction — we don’t know what’s best to do.

For example:

  • Can you be fat and healthy?
  • Can you have a fat tummy and still be healthy?
  • Does a fat tummy predict your likelihood of developing diabetes?
  • Can you have a “healthy” BMI and be unhealthy?
  • Does doing the same type of exercise for a long time reduce its benefits?
  • Do some common exercises decrease your chances of living longer better?
  • Can you train in the “fat-burning zone” and still put on weight?
