When it comes to health advice getting too much leads to indecision and inaction — we don’t know what’s best to do.
For example:
- Can you be fat and healthy?
- Can you have a fat tummy and still be healthy?
- Does a fat tummy predict your likelihood of developing diabetes?
- Can you have a “healthy” BMI and be unhealthy?
- Does doing the same type of exercise for a long time reduce its benefits?
- Do some common exercises decrease your chances of living longer better?
- Can you train in the “fat-burning zone” and still put on weight?
