Texas Enacts a Six-Week Abortion Ban,

Roe vs. Wade is under attack in Texas. Without the Supreme Court’s intervention, the Texan law, which in effect makes it illegal for women to have an abortion after six weeks into their pregnancy, takes into effect Wednesday.
