Award-winning agency invites social impact businesses to apply for 40 hours per month pro-bono digital marketing support

London digital marketing agency Social Chameleon is launching a new branch dedicated to helping small businesses through pro-bono projects.

Unearthed’ is an exciting new branch dedicated to social impact, which will give the team a dedicated avenue to support positive projects and innovative small businesses in the wider community.

As a business which flourished and grew organically through the pandemic, the team at Social Chameleon are keen to use their skills and industry expertise to support small businesses struggling in the aftermath of the pandemic and current cost of living crisis.

In a recent study, 70% of small business owners cited rising costs as their biggest concern for 2023. The pressures of financial struggles will limit the access SME owners have to top tier marketing agencies.

By offering strategic digital marketing assistance, they will help small businesses and charities achieve impactful results without the hefty price tag.

Jemima Myers, founder and director of Social Chameleon, says;

‘’2022 has been a tough year for many. Not only are we living in the aftermath of the pandemic, but we are in the midst of both the climate crisis and the cost-of-living crisis. As a rapidly growing business, we believe that we have a responsibility to use our platform to help combat these issues, and support the communities around us.’’

For their first Unearthed project, they are inviting small businesses and charities within social impact sectors to apply for marketing help, offering 40 hours of pro-bono digital marketing services per month for one selected company per six months, targeting specific global issues.

‘’In 2023 we are focusing on businesses whose work specifically contributes to combatting the food crisis. Many small businesses don’t have the budget for a top-quality agency’s help — which unfortunately sets them at an automatic disadvantage when up against the fierce competition in their industry. Therefore, we want to work with small organisations that don’t currently have a significant presence online, and make a direct impact on their future,’ Jemima adds.

If you are a business seeking to reduce food waste or food poverty, you are invited to apply for Unearthed.
