We’re super excited to announce Bolster Buddies: an initiative that pairs people with our diverse team’s expertise for a chat over coffee. We’re launching today to celebrate International Women’s Day by focussing on female applicants all month.
We’re a digital and creative agency based in Melbourne and Sydney working on some world-class products, campaigns and content. Our specialty has always been music and entertainment: a space where women are typically underrepresented. The same applies across digital, tech, creative and production. As we’ve grown, we’ve gained specialists (and legends!) in all of these areas, and remained committed to—and proud of—our workplace gender balance.
If you’re keen to hear about a different industry, need some guidance on how to get a leg-up or are at a career crossroads, tell us what you’d like to know, and we’ll take you for a quick coffee and chat. Students, interns, juniors and those mid-career are all welcome to apply. You’ll walk away caffeinated (🙌), having learned something new (🙌 🙌) and with a new buddy in your network (🙌 🙌 🙌).
