Meet Bessy, the machine learning bot we built for Groovin’ the Moo. Bessy can currently answer hundreds of questions related to GTM in every city — and because she runs on natural language processing, she’s learning more with every interaction.
We received a 99% open rate on the day of launch and have facilitated over 1,500 interactions to date. What’s more, Bessy is even a DJ, using a Spotify integration that gives users a personalised playlist based on their listening behaviour, without having to leave Messenger.
