50 editions across a hundred weeks, and we’re still going strong. We’re celebrating this landmark occasion with major updates — closure of the token swap, an upcoming refresh of our online presence, and a truly groundbreaking partnership with a regional market leader. All this and more, in our 50th edition of BOLT Vault!
BOLT+ and MTN South Africa — stronger together!
MTN South Africa is part of the MTN Group of telco companies, and has over 40% market share in South Africa.
The MTN Group itself has over 273 million subscribers worldwide. It is the largest mobile operator in Africa and the 9th largest in the world.
MTN South Africa and BOLT+ are working together to bring access to the BOLT ecosystem to more users around the continent. Strong distribution partners such as MTN in South Africa will enable more users, streamers, and brands to gain access to new audiences, and enable adoption of the various features within the BOLT ecosystem.

Token Swap Completion
A major update on the tokenomics front — we are pleased to announce the completion of our BOLT Token swap process to new ERC20 BOLT Tokens. With the completion of the token swap, we’ll be working toward building new features on BOLT+ and BOLT X, jumpstarting our token ecosystem growth — watch this space!

BOLT’s new website will be the first destination for our growing ecosystem of users, streamers, and brands to learn and participate in the growing BOLT ecosystem — including our live streaming service and token-led features on BOLT X.
